The villa sleeps 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms, across two buildings. The main house has two double bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom with twins. It also has a bathroom. The ground floor features common areas. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed is in the annex. The annex too has one bathroom. The villa has two other bathrooms. Three of them have showers. They also have sinks with modern faucets.
All the bedrooms provide simple homely comfort but the striking feature is the large windows that provide unparallel views of the lake. The beds are either antique or modern. You will find wardrobes, crisp linen, extra cushions for comfortable sleeping, and bedside reading lamps so you can read a book and gently go off to sleep.

However, it’s the outdoor area that makes Villa Perledina so spectacular. Truly, Lake Como has many gorgeous villas on its shores and this one certainly ranks at the very top. A highlight of this rental property is its infinity pool that is perched at the very edge. You will also find a hot tub next to the pool. Several loungers are placed on a small platform next to the pool and the Jacuzzi. Immediately behind this, you will find a grassy lawn and a garden that extends all the way to the house.
The lawn has a gazebo on one end with a covered seating area. Have your morning cup of coffee here. It is stunning in the evening too as you watch the sunset over the lake. There is a stone pathway with a bench and a small table – yet another spot to appreciate the views.
The ground floor houses the living area. It displays a lot of style and character. There is a huge L-shaped sofa for all the guests that face a television and a lakeside window for the views. So, you will get those fabulous lake views even when you are inside the home. The room also has a fireplace. It’s an open-plan room with a 4-sitter dining table in one corner.
The kitchen is modern. It features many appliances like an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, and toaster. It has a second dining area. Everything in the kitchen is sparkling white.
This holiday home achieves the rare balance of providing hotel-like comfort and the privacy of staying in a villa along with superb views. There is both heating and air conditioning. A washing machine, a dishwasher, and an iron are practical must-haves in a rental home. There is even a small library. You will have exclusive access to everything in the home for the duration of your stay, including the Jacuzzi and pool. There is an uncovered parking area and a garage inside the property.

The picturesque Varenna village is a fantastic choice. It has many shops, eateries, and a fantastic botanical garden. And, of course, the views are gorgeous.

10/10This home is magical. Waking up every morning to see the breathtaking views of the lake are what dreams are made of. The check in process is a breeze. The house was extremely tidy. The bathroom upstairs was spacious, with a great shower. The pool was an added bonus, and unusual in the area. It was great to swim in the warm afternoons to cool off before dinner. I would definitely return! Just be warned the trek up the hill is intense, especially with luggage. We definitely got our workouts in. But would do it again in a heartbeat. Love this dreamy pink house on the hill.
