Located in Cantone di Nerano, Villa The Phoenix is a luxury villa for rent. It was once the home of a fishing village, but now it attracts a large number of tourists every year. There are two levels in the villa, which can accommodate eight people in total. From the balcony of your villa, you will be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the coastline and the ocean. A 135 square meter property, there is plenty of room for relaxing and winding down during your stay.

Villa The Phoenix has three bedrooms. They are all located on the first floor. You will find that all bedrooms have air conditioning units, so you can relax and fall asleep every night if you visit during summer. The villa has three bathrooms, with one located on the ground floor. The bedrooms have two double beds in each of them, and the third has two single beds. This is ideal for teenagers or children who are traveling with you. You can also add a sofa bed to sleep extra guests.

In the beautifully-manicured gardens of Villa The Phoenix, guests will find a 7x3 meters private pool, complete with hydromassage. After a long day of sightseeing, your muscles will be soothed by the private pool. The swimming pool is available from April through October. Enjoy a cup of coffee while you swim or relax on one of the sun loungers. You can also use the tables and chairs around the pool, or the outdoor dining area on the private terrace for alfresco meals. The bamboo pergola partially shades this space. The best part is that there's a brick barbecue which can be used to grill delicious meals or host fun barbecue nights with your loved ones.

The ground floor houses a guest bathroom and a laundry area. This includes a washer, dryer, and iron. A modern, well-equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. It includes an electric oven and microwave oven as well as a 6-hob stove. A large French window allows for plenty of sunlight and direct access to the patio from the kitchen. Open-plan living space consists of a large, air-conditioned living area with French windows that lead to the terrace. A dining table can seat eight people. The lounge has a separate sleeping area with a sofa bed.

There is free parking available for guests at the hotel and access to WiFi throughout the property.
