The first floor is a spacious and beautiful suite with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double access that can be accessed both from the indoors or the garden. There are 2 additional double bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. One of them has a view terrace and the other is accessible via an internal staircase.

Fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven and a dishwasher. It also has a stovetop that can be used as a 5-burner stove. The living area also features a small living space with a sofa that converts easily into a double bed for an additional 2 people.

A gate is installed to make it easy for families with young children and an alarm system provides security. The staff can provide linen changes every week, while guests have the option to use the laundry area outside for their laundry needs.
Villa Chiara is centrally located and close to the main tourist attractions of Umbria and Tuscany. Within 5 km guests can reach Cortona's historic center. At 4 km, Terontola and Camucia are both within easy reach. Camucia-Cortona station is also within reach. From Terontola Valley, one can see the landscape changing dramatically as it moves up into the hills. There are characteristic stone farmhouses, olive groves, and tall cypress trees dotted around the countryside. Fornire Nome, which is less than 1 km away, is one of the recommended restaurants guests can visit.
