The interiors are a delightful mix of traditional and contemporary, with whitewashed walls being the main theme. It can accommodate 12 guests and is spread over two storeys. The interesting thing about it is that there are 2 separate accesses to the outside, but they are connected by one staircase inside.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 on 1st, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Each room has double bedding. One of these can be made into twin beds. All other rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with a shower or bathtub.
Villa Magnolia's outdoor space is stunning and has a completely fenced perimeter. The Villa Magnolia's outdoor spaces include a private swimming pool measuring 12mx6m, and an outdoor jacuzzi tub. All this is surrounded by a well-tended garden with large trees such as oak, fir, and pine. There are many other amenities available, including a gazebo that can be used for alfresco dining and tables and chairs as well as outdoor furniture.
Unique interiors feature contemporary touches that blend in with the classic Tuscan architecture. They are divided over 2 levels and connected by a staircase. External accesses allow for both up-and-down. The main living area is located on the ground floor. It has a fireplace. Mirrored in the dining room, it also houses a second fireplace. A smaller living space can be found here. You will find everything you need in the fully-equipped kitchen, including an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster as well as a stove, dishwasher, American coffee maker, and a boiler.
Guests can access the internet free of charge from both inside and outside the villa. Guests are provided with towels for the pool and final cleaning is performed. High chairs and baby beds can be requested. The villa is pet-friendly, which is great news for those who have pets.

Arezzo offers a wide variety of places to see, including palaces, churches, monuments, fortresses, and museums, all of which serve as a means of transporting the guests back in time. Even the remains of a Roman amphitheater can be seen in this area. Besides being a great place for a relaxing vacation, Lake Trasimeno also hosts one of Europe's biggest Blues music festivals. Each year, the Trasimeno Blues Festival brings together great blues music with the natural and historical attractions of the region.
