The villa overlooks the glorious gardens and the rolling countryside beyond the villa. Villa Paringa is a group of Trulli (charming buildings) with conical roofs, built around the Trullo, the main building. It is a fairy tale villa and a delight to explore.
Three charming bedrooms are part of Villa Paringa. All bedrooms have underfloor heating and cooling. One double bedroom, two triple rooms and a sofa bed can be added in the living room for additional guests. These charming bedrooms have been beautifully decorated and come fully furnished with duvets, linens, and other bedding. Trulli guests will be delighted to sleep in. Villa Paringa boasts three beautiful bathrooms. One is an ensuite to a triple room, the other two are adjacent to the bedrooms. All of them are charming with rustic features and high-end finishes. You will find fluffy towels and professional hair straighteners and dryers.

Access to the terrace is located in close proximity to the living spaces, including the kitchen. The terrace has a barbeque and a large dining table. For those who feel energetic, the villa offers table tennis! Parking is available on-site.
Villa Paringa's rustic, stylish lounge areas are bright and comfortable. You will feel at home with the ample seating, including a double sofa bed and a dining area. The eclectic mix of antique furniture and modern amenities like Wifi and satellite TV is available for guests' enjoyment. A sitting area with beautiful decor is available. This room can be used to relax in front of an antique fireplace. The kitchenette is conveniently located next to the lounge area. It has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and toaster.
From the moment you arrive, the friendly staff of Villa Paringa will warmly welcome you and ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The villa is also equipped with a perimeter alarm and a video surveillance system. For the youngest guests, high chairs and cots are available. Final cleaning is included. However, the villa must remain in good condition. The villa will be cleaned thoroughly for your comfort upon check-in and departure.
Villa Parninga, which is conveniently located 6.5 kms from Castellano Grotte, is a charming rural retreat. It is a pleasant trip to the town, with stunning scenery all the way. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets in the town, which make it easy to eat out or shop for gourmet meals at your villa. You will find beautiful artisanal products in small shops and churches throughout the old town.
Grotte di Castellana is the main attraction of this charming town. It is home to the largest cave system of Italy, and it is filled with stunning geological formations that sparkle in a rainbow. The enormous La Grave cavern, which connects the outside and the caves, lets the sun shine through and creates a spectacular array of colours as it passes through. It is a stunning sight to see. A day trip to the Bari and Apulian coasts is an excellent idea for guests who want to explore the beautiful beaches.
