The modern and well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast counter, a deep freezer, a refrigerator, an oven and stove, and dishwasher. A large dining table with seating for six is located adjacent to the kitchen. Double doors lead to an outdoor dining area with chairs and a table. You can enjoy your meals in the open air while enjoying the stunning views. This lovely property has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground level, and two more bedrooms on the upper floor.

Splaggia Playa, a stunning beach in the area, is an excellent choice. The crystal clear waters and beautiful sandy beach make for a perfect beach day with family and friends. The countryside surrounding the resort is full of charming villages and stunning views. Guests will enjoy exploring this beautiful region.
10/10My husband, sister and I enjoyed two wonderful weeks in this terrific apartment. The view of the sea, especially from the kitchen/dining area and the terrace upstairs was gorgeous - calming and expansive, and there was a great deal of privacy as well. The house worked comfortably for us with bedrooms downstairs and the communal living spaces upstairs. The grocery store required a car ride, but there was everything one could want, either in prepared foods or things that could be cooked. The beds were comfortable as was the other furniture. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment - some with lots of stairs up or down, but you did feel like you had earned your meal after that! The city center was beautiful by night, safe and well lit and Sunday evenings were a special surprise with locals out and about either in family groups or strolling individuals. We would happily return!
