Villa I Trulli di Mavisa is a home for 12 guests. A corridor from the living room leads to the sleeping area, where you will find 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have large double beds, while two others have double beds plus bunk beds. If you are traveling with family and have small children, then as parents, you can stay in these rooms with the kids. Young children love to sleep on bunk beds. Glass doors open to the courtyard. Large windows flood the room with warm sunshine and also provide countryside views.
The bedrooms have wardrobes, televisions, makeup mirrors, and work desks. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers or bathtubs. Shower and hand towels are provided.

The villa has a spectacular outdoor area. You will fall in love with it instantly if you enjoy an outdoor lifestyle or want to catch Puglia’s warm Mediterranean sun. The 16,000 square meter private estate includes a 400 square meter garden where you will find many flowering plants. Elsewhere in the property, you will find many olive, citrus, and fruit trees. It will take you some time to fully explore this massive estate. Perhaps you want to go on an early morning walk or a run in the outdoors.
The 56-square-meter heated swimming pool is another star of the villa’s outdoor area. It has a manicured lawn surrounding it with many loungers both under the sun and shade. Next to the pool, you will also find a 3-seat Jacuzzi whirlpool. Steps away from the pool, there is the barbecue corner. A furnished porch has an outdoor dining table and a lounging space. There is a second outdoor lounging and dining area in the courtyard between the trulli and lamia.
The living room is warm and cozy. It is decorated in the blue and white traditional colors of Puglia. The room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a television, and a fireplace. This open-plan room has a dining table in another corner. It features a long wooden table. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A long corridor leads to the villa’s sleeping quarters.
This rental home has all the modern comforts you need during your holiday. The bathrooms have towels and hair dryers. There are two kitchens – one outside and one inside. A range of cooking appliances and utensils are present. The house also has wood for the fireplace. There is an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, and a dryer. All the rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. Up to 4 vehicles can be parked within the premises.
The closest airport is 53.3 kilometers away and the station is at a distance of 14.5 kilometers. This is Puglia’s countryside, but you will still find shops and restaurants just a 5-minute drive from this rental villa. The Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica towns are both worth visiting.

Lovely place, immersed in the characteristic countryside of the Valle d'Itria, the rooms are comfortable, clean and the pool is beautiful. The kindness of the managers is nothing short of unique, they are welcoming and attentive to every request. Breakfast is great, even with local fruit and delicious cakes prepared by them. There is a shared and well-being atmosphere.
