Villa Kairos is a beautiful property located in the Itria Valley, just outside of Ostuni. The all-white architecture, consisting of two independent buildings, makes this property distinctive and stylish. These cosy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.

Under the pergola made of wood, guests can find a built-in barbecue pit and outdoor kitchen. The Apulian tuff is used for the grill. The ancient well, which was once used to collect rainwater and is now being used to water the garden, is also fascinating. The Mediterranean garden is another great feature. It is framed by an area of 9,000 square metres that is filled with young fruit trees and centennial trees. There is also a vegetable and herb garden including basil, rosemary, lemon trees, and sage.
Villa Kairos has the unique feature of being built in two separate units. The first unit has glass doors leading to a spacious verandah with a dining room and an open kitchen. The second unit is a renovated ancient trullo. The interiors are bright and fresh with traditional flooring but also modern enough to make guests feel pampered and regal. Citta Bianca is a stunningly beautiful city with its white-washed buildings, cobbled streets and vibrant atmosphere. It's a great spot to experience the local culture, cuisine, and history of the region. There are also plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and swimming.
The villa is located in the countryside of Ostuni in the Itria Valley. It is an excellent base to explore the city centre of the majestic White City which is only about 5 kilometres from it. Ostuni is surrounded by a hill landscape and is known for its white houses and streets. It is a fascinating sight and a popular tourist destination, offering many historical and cultural attractions.
10/10We had such a beautiful stay in Puglia. The house is minutes from Ostuni, and is just like the photos. The highlight was the pool and the modern trullo room. Stephano was very communicative and always reachable when we had questions. One thing to note is that this is place is more like a hotel than a full home. There’s a kitchen and entertaining area, but no living room and TV—which we loved so we could disconnect from everything. Would definitely rebook another stay here.
