Villa La Guaceta

Villa La Guaceta is composed of two independent houses that sit next to each other. They both have two bedrooms each. All 4 bedrooms have queen beds. So, the villa can sleep up to 8 guests. One bedroom in each unit has an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bathrooms in the villa servicing the common areas.

All the bedrooms feature a simple homely design. But you will still find everything for a comfortable stay, including high-quality mattresses, televisions, dressing areas, wardrobes, and large windows that provide nature views. All the bathrooms in the home come with showers. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.

A huge garden will surround you here. It extends almost as far as the eye can go. Here, you will see many olive trees. Very few tourists get the chance to stay within an olive orchard, which you can experience at Villa La Guaceta. The villa also has a private swimming pool between the two houses. It will be exclusively for your family during your stay. Swim anytime you want and relax under the shade of a tree on a lounger. This spot also offers gorgeous views.

You will also find a small outdoor dining table. There are two other sunny terraces in the house, both with outdoor lounging areas. They are both perfect for sunbathing. The rooftop terrace offers the best views.

The two units both have a similar design and décor. They are typical Apulian villas in structure. They have two bedrooms each and two living/dining areas with a sofa, television, and a large wooden dining table. The whitewashed walls provide a soothing touch and the minimalist design makes the interior space appear much larger. Large sliding glass doors open directly to the garden, providing easy access. The well-equipped kitchen has an elegant style but is functional in every way. You will find an oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, and washing machine.

Villa La Guaceta is a self-service rental property that is self-sufficient in every way. Switch on the air-conditioning if the mid-day heat feels uncomfortable. It can be cold during some evenings – so there is heating as well. The bathrooms have towels, basic toiletries, and hair dryers. Each residential unit has a washing machine and Wi-Fi internet. There are outdoor parking areas within the property.
