A stay at Villa II Pino allows guests to choose from five bedrooms. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, large windows, and plenty of sunlight. The master bedroom can be found on the ground floor. It has a double bed and direct access to a large terrace via a pair of elegant French doors. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. They each have a double, single, or two single beds. On the fifth floor, you will find a fifth bedroom that has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a sink, toilet, and shower.

On the last floor of Villa II Pino is a laundry area with ironing and a dryer. You will find a 4-burner gas stove, 6-seat dining table, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, moka pot and microwave oven, as well as a toaster, fridge, Americano coffee maker, and a refrigerator in the kitchen. The living room at Villa II Pino is perfectly designed to create a relaxing environment. It also has a flat-screen TV with DVD capabilities and plush sofas so you can relax after a long day. You can turn the fireplace on during winter nights to create a cosy atmosphere. The room can be opened into a formal dining space that can accommodate up to 12 guests.
