The villa has four apartments with a total of 7 bedrooms for 19 guests. Le Volte has two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. This apartment offers beautiful garden views. La Tinaia with a side access has one double bedroom and a sofa bed. So, up to three guests can sleep here. San Gimignano is on the first floor. Accessible by 12 steps, it has two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a large sofa bed in this apartment for two more guests.
La Nonna is spread over two levels. You will find a double sofa bed in the ground-floor living room. A small corridor with three steps will bring you to the first double bedroom. On the first floor, you will find a second double bedroom. They both have ensuite bathrooms. All the bedrooms achieve the perfect fusion of antique and contemporary décor.
This luxury home is just outside the Gambassi Terme village. A winding hillside road from the main road that enters the village will bring you to this property. It is a blind road with very little traffic and plenty of scenic views. You will fall in love with the house as soon as you see it. Villa Le Ripe has a traditional façade with tiled roofing. It used to be a farmhouse once but has since then been renovated and modernized.
There are lush gardens in all directions. A garden footpath will bring you to the private swimming pool. Roman steps lead down gently into the clean and clear water. You will find several sun beds all around. There are two shaded areas on the poolside, one for lounging and the second with an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meal.
The four apartments are self-sufficient units with their individual living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens. Le Volte measures 86 square meters. It is decorated with beautiful vaulted ceilings, terracotta flooring, and antique furnishings. You will feel like you have been transported to the past. La Tinaia is smaller at 49 square meters but it is also meant for 3 people. It has an open-plan living/dining area with a kitchenette.
San Gimignano has a living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Arched walls and ceilings make the interior design unique. There is a second lounging area on the mezzanine level with four armchairs. You will reach the living room upon entering the La Nonna apartment. An arch separates this room from the dining area and kitchen. A staircase will take you to the upper level of this holiday rental.
Each apartment has its own outdoor dining area apart from the dining table inside. Each apartment also has a television. There are two barbecues. In the kitchens, you will find stove tops, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Towels are provided in the bathrooms. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout this estate. Guests can park up to six cars in the villa.
If you want to eat and drink outside, you can go to Osteria Pinchiorba, which is just 100 meters away. Beltempo, 150 meters from this home, is also within walking distance. Tuscany’s great cities – Florence, Siena, Lucca, and Pisa can be visited on a day trip.
