Villa Morino is available for rent as either a villa and independent cottage, depending on the number of guests. For larger groups, the main villa can be rented along with the cottage and barn.
Villa Morino has ten bathrooms, ten bedrooms and all are air-conditioned. This will ensure that you have a comfortable stay in spring and summer. On the ground floor of the main building, there are two double rooms with bathrooms attached. One of the bathrooms has direct access to a patio. On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom, which has a king size bed, a lounge area and an attached bathroom that includes a shower, WC, and bathtub. On this floor, you will also find a second bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms each with two twins. Two more bedrooms are available in the cottage, one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twins. Each room has its own bathroom. The two remaining rooms are in the barn. They each have a double-sized bed and an attached bathroom.

Villa Morino has a 12m x 4-m private pool with a maximum 1.5m depth. The pool is open between mid-April and mid-October. There are sun loungers available for you to work on your tan or dry off naturally after swimming. You can enjoy fresh meats, seafood and vegetables during your vacation in Italy thanks to the barbecue facilities. This main villa features a modern open-plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and fittings. The space includes a dining area for 16 people, near the large windows that let in lots of sunlight. The living room features traditional wooden beams and coffee tables. It also has an ornate fireplace with a functional design, as well as two large sofas. There is also a TV room in the main villa for family movie nights. In the cottage, guests will find a second living room with an open fire and a piano. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a centrally-located island. The barn has a third area of living on the ground level and a coffee bar on the mezzanine.
