Villa Colonica sits in a premium location. The villa is located conveniently between Siena and Porto Ercole. All three cities have many attractions. Elba Capraia and Giannutri, the Tuscan islands, are close by. There are many bays, coves and beaches nearby where you can enjoy a relaxing day. Then, return to your villa for its serenity. Visit historical sites and wineries. You can also relax in this former farmhouse and take advantage of its laid-back atmosphere.

The main house has six bedrooms and the annexe is where the seventh bedroom is located. Seven bedrooms can accommodate 14 guests. Four of the bedrooms feature large double beds while the remaining three are twin-sized. The ensuite bedroom 1 has a bathtub. The bedroom 2 is equipped with twin beds, but there's enough space for a third one if necessary. The two large windows in bedroom 3 allow for natural light to fill the room. Bedroom 4 has a wooden floor. The largest bedroom in the annex, the 7th one, is located on the ground floor. The only ground-floor bedroom gives you direct access to the garden. The apartment also features a small kitchenette.

The villa covers a large area of approximately 1200 square metres. In every direction, you will find rolling hills and lush vegetation. In front of the main home, you will find a private swimming pool. You can let your kids splash in the shallow end of the pool while you relax on a lounger by it or enjoy a drink. Each villa guest has a sunbed around the pool. A poolside hammam sauna is available, as well as a dining area for alfresco dining and a changing space with a shower. You can request to go to the nearby golf course. The nearest golf course is only 3 km away. A tennis court is only 500 metres away. The grass courts are available.
Villa Colonica is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern style. It's perfect for large groups and families. Tuscany's traditional terracotta flooring, wooden floors, arched windows and chandeliers are all present to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and internet.
All 14 guests can be accommodated in the dining room. There is also a studio and a library, both of which have a large collection of books. The kitchen has 9 gas burners and an ice maker, as well as electric ovens and a microwave. The annex has its own kitchenette. Billiards and ping-pong are available for your enjoyment.
You can make use of everything in the villa during your stay. Caddy cars can be hired to take you to the course. Tennis on grass courts is nearby. Tennis balls are available for hire. Tennis rackets can be rented at the villa. The villa will be kept clean by pool maintenance and gardeners.
La Fiumara, Il Calafelice, La Tana dei Brilli and Enoteca San Guido are all good restaurants close to this luxury villa. Le Mortelle Antinori and Conti di Bonifacio are both very good wineries. Horse riding is a great activity for kids in Maremma. Visit the picturesque Capalbio region to see the old walls and the historical Square Belvedere.
