Casale Delle Papere is a small 1-bedroom rental villa in Lazio. However, it’s a large room that will be able to sleep 4 guests. The double bed can sleep two. There is also a sofa bed for two more guests. This makes the villa a great choice for a family where the parents have two young children and want to sleep in the same room. Four intimate friends can also stay together and enjoy endless hours of catching up.

The bedroom has a chest of drawers and two windows that occupy almost entire walls, providing scenic countryside views. Several objects of décor and curio decorate the space. From the outside, the house has the façade of a country home, which it truly is. It blends perfectly with the neighborhood. Landscaped gardens lead you to the private swimming pool. You will be surrounded by sublime views. Several lounge chairs are placed in the garden. Spend hours here relaxing and cherishing the views.

Immersed in nature, Casale Delle Papere is the ideal place for a holiday or a weekend both in the summer and winter. The vast lawn has a shaded corner with an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals.

A glass door will take you into the house. The bedroom is to your left. At the center, you will find an open-plan living and dining space. It’s a charming world with a sofa and armchairs that face a television with streaming services and a working fireplace. There is also a Blu-Ray player for your entertainment. The fireplace mantel décor is very charming. It has many artifacts and stuffed animals. There are even a few books which you can read. The dining area features a table with four chairs. For young children, there are board games and puzzles. Of course, adults can also play.

In the kitchen, you will find many appliances, utensils, cups, plates, and glasses. A second door from the kitchen leads to the garden.
