Trevi Apartment

The Trevi Apartment spans two floors in an historic palazzo. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while two others are found in the mezzanine. The bedroom 1 features a four-poster bed with a Finnish sauna, coffee station and a coffee bar. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with an additional sofa bed to accommodate one extra guest. The bedroom 3 is a little smaller. The queen-sized bed is in this room.

Three steps are required to get up to the mezzanine level where the other two rooms are located. The bedroom 4 has two double beds, but it is possible to add a 3rd bed. The room also includes a table and chairs. The bedroom 5 features a French-style double bed and a bathroom with a tub. The Bose Speaker System is also included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms have smart TVs measuring 50 inches.

This luxurious apartment is located in the center of Rome. The apartment is located on a beautiful square. You will find many shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes all around. Campo di Fiori is only a 5-minute walk away. The Piazza di Spagna, the Fontana di Trevi (18th century), and other top attractions of the city are all within walking distance. The Trevi Apartment is situated in a pedestrian zone, but authorized cars and taxis can drive right up to the historic palazzo's gate. You can enter through the arched entrance, then climb a few stairs to reach the apartment's door.

The property's interior measures 300 square metres. The interiors are tastefully decorated, with artworks and modern furniture that give it a classic look. The high ceilings give the interiors a feeling of spaciousness. Pop art and modern sinks are found in the apartment, as well as pop art wall paintings and frescoed walls and ceilings. Furniture from the 17th-18th centuries is used. It is a huge open-plan dining/living area.

As you plan your Roman vacation, enjoy the warmth of the fire while socializing with family and friends. The 60-inch smart TV can be used to watch Netflix or listen to music via the Bluetooth audio system. Next to it is a room with a pool table. Learn more about Rome by reading a book in the library. On Wednesdays and on Saturdays, a housekeeper will visit your home in the early morning for about two hours. On these days, the linen and towels in the bathroom will be changed. Electricity and heating are included in the price of your stay at Trevi Apartment. Everything you can find in the apartment is available to use, including the washing machine. Porter service can be arranged at extra cost. Contact the estate manager if you have any special requirements such as a chef. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
