This property consists of two levels and has plenty of space for your outdoor activities. There are 14 guests that can be accommodated in this villa which was constructed in 2020. A wide range of amenities are available at the villa, and it is within close proximity to some of the most popular beaches in the region.
You can drift off to sleep in one of seven bedrooms that overlook the rose garden. Four bedrooms on the ground floor have double beds and an attached bathroom so guests can unwind in complete privacy. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, an attached bathroom and a separate bathroom. Six bedrooms feature double beds, while the guest room in the last floor has two twin beds that may be combined if necessary. All bedrooms have air conditioning to ensure your comfort during summer.
A large furnished porch offers a table and chairs for dining alfresco. The large garden is framed in a huge swimming pool that offers cool water at night. The swimming pool can be heated in winter if you are visiting during the colder months. Relax with a book or a cold drink on one of the outdoor couches. Then, take a rest on the sunlounger. If the sun is too hot, the Mediterranean sun can be shaded by the gentle swaying leaves. You can cook up delicious cuts of meat from local shops and fresh seafood thanks to the barbecue facilities on the premises. The upper floor also has a large porch.
As a result of Villa Era's cosy interior, as well as its sense of luxury, you feel at home as if you were at home. There is a living room that leads into a dining room, and there is a kitchen that is well-equipped with a dishwasher and an oven to make your cooking experience easier. Also, you can relax in the sitting room and watch your favorite TV shows there while enjoying your time. Guests can also live separately in the villa's second living room and kitchen on the ground floor.
In case you have a vehicle with you when you visit the hotel, you will be able to park it for free on the premises. There is WiFi available in all areas of the villa. If you would like to request a weekly change of towels and linen, you will need to pay an additional fee. We provide a final cleaning service as part of your stay.
From Villa Era, you can easily drive to Gallipoli, and the famous Purity beach. In the clearest of waters, you are able to take a dip in the warm waters and then dry off on the soft sand while enjoying a freshly brewed fruit cup from one of the vendors on the beach. During the summer, the beach is an ideal place to take young children, as there are a number of thrilling activities associated with the water.
In two kilometers from the villa, you will find Matino Train Station, which is a great way to travel around Puglia and other parts of the Italian region. Just a few minutes walk from the villa, you will find many local restaurants where you can enjoy some great food. The villa is also within close proximity to supermarkets, shops, and other attractions. There are also many beaches nearby where you can relax and soak up the sun.
