There is a shaded area as an extension to the home, which features an outdoor dining space with a round table and chairs. You can sit here in the evenings with snacks and cocktails. A lot of trees and flowering shrubs are planted around the home. The villa also has a terrace with comfortable lounge chairs from where you can stare into the views of the town.

As you move ahead, you reach the cosy kitchenette which has all the modern appliances. There is a small dining table with space for two, just attached to the kitchen.
