Apartments 1 and 2 are two separate units in Villa Podere Gaia. Apartment 1 is a three bedroom apartment, with two bedrooms on the ground level. Both have queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. The first has a walk-in shower, and the second has a bath. The third bedroom can be found on the first-floor. The bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. This apartment has three bedrooms that can accommodate six people. Apartment 2 is larger. The apartment can accommodate 10 guests on three floors. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has a shower. On the first floor there are two double rooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. One sofa bed can accommodate an additional guest. This apartment has a fourth double bedroom on the second level. The whitewashed walls make for a peaceful night. Locally sourced linen of high quality provides comfort.

The villa is set in a large garden of 5000 square meters which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Italy's rural landscape. From almost any corner, you will be able to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The villa is situated on a slope, and you can enjoy the view of the valley which is filled with wild oaks. There are also lavender groves and vineyards. This makes the turquoise water in the 5x20 meter pool look stunning. There are many loungers and umbrellas placed by the pool to enjoy this natural beauty. After a cool swim in the pool, you can relax with the warm water of the outdoor shower. You can enjoy an outdoor meal in a shady area on the lawn. There is also a BBQ facility.
The apartments are equipped with separate living and dining areas as well as kitchenettes. The apartments are equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, blender, freezer juicer, toaster, kettle and mixer. This rental property has everything you need. It's okay that the decor is minimal. The majority of your time will be spent outdoors either enjoying the beautiful scenery or visiting nearby attractions.
You will be able to use all the utilities, towels and internet when you stay in Villa Podere Gaia. 10/10Beautiful house in the countryside. We were 4 families (8 adults, 9 children) spending a splendid week of vacation. Very quiet remote location with a wide and deep view. Perfect for relaxation. Super friendly people in the village of Zignago and in the town of Brugnato for shopping. 45 minutes to the Cinque Terre.
