The entrance to Villa San Massimo is characterized by an uphill path, leading you to about four outdoor parking spaces, providing convenience and safety for your vehicles. The property is vigilantly guarded throughout the year, as the caretakers reside on-site in a dedicated house. Step outside to enjoy the splendors of the outdoors, where you'll be greeted by a magnificent curved-shaped swimming pool, inviting you to bask in the sunshine on comfortable sunbeds or lounge on the day bed. The large terrace offers splendid views of the surrounding greenery and the golf of Rapallo, making it an idyllic spot to relax and unwind. Please note that the climb to access the villa is quite steep, and the caretaker will not be available to guests except in case of emergencies. The swimming pool is open from June to September, while air conditioning is available on the first and second floors of the villa.
