Villa Venere is an impressive private mansion that dates back to the early 1900s. It's perched on the hillside of Porto Venere in a beautiful landscape. Villa Venere offers stunning views of the Bay of Porto Venere and the Palmaria Island in its private terrace. This traditional but modern residence has 230 square meters of living area and is air-conditioned. It also includes WiFi. Villa Venere, located directly on the beach, is a gem in this beautiful part of the Ligurian Coast. It can accommodate up to eight guests and has four bedrooms. An additional apartment may be requested.
The main 3 bedrooms, which total 4 in number, are located in the house. Two of the double rooms have king-size beds and bathrooms with showers. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed next to a bathroom with a bath. The two bedrooms are separated by an elegant boudoir which is perfect for reading or relaxing after a busy day. The wardrobe area has direct access to a rear terrace that leads to the cottage and laundry. The detached cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. These cosy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.

A large parking area can accommodate 3 cars and is secured by an electric gate. Relax in the shade of centuries-old carob, olive, Myrtus and Buxus trees. The living room is decorated in a traditional style but with a modern twist. The spacious living area is decorated with antiques, design pieces, pink, yellow, and Carrara marble fireplaces. The elegant dining room can accommodate 8 people around the English square table. This large, beautiful kitchen has all the necessary appliances. A passage decorated with trompe-l'oeil leads to a beautiful marble staircase and a small bathroom.

Villa Venere is staffed by a local team that will be available to you throughout your stay. The team can provide a housekeeper to do the daily chores as well as a gardener to maintain the pool. The villa is located in a prime location on the coast, allowing guests to enjoy stunning sunsets at the Grotta di Lord Byron. It's only a 15-minute walk away. The villa is located just 4 km from the village of Le Grazie, which has a variety of shops, restaurants and bars.
It is also 12 km away from the famous La Spezia Town where you can do more shopping and sightseeing. La Spezia offers a lot of cultural attractions such as churches, museums, and galleries. Additionally, it hosts a number of events throughout the year, including music festivals and arts fairs.
Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including cooking classes, boating and hiking. There are also a number of restaurants, bars, and cafes in La Spezia, offering a variety of local and international cuisines, as well as a vibrant nightlife.
10/10It was our initial encounter with villa rentals, and the place exceeded our expectations. The Villa, the grounds including an incredible pool were outstanding. The view of the sea and mountains from the property especially the pool area was breathtaking. Plus the Villa was an easy walk to the town.
10/10Within walking distance of the center of Portevenere. Lots of restaurants nearby. The villa has a large saltwater swimming pool of no less than 20 meters. We had a wonderful holiday.
10/10Our stay was peaceful, and so very relaxing. I really felt like we were at home. Staying in Porto Venere was the perfect choice able to explore the surrounding towns as well. Ferry to Cinque Terre was so easy. Drive to La Spezia, and Portofino for the day as well.
