The three modern bedrooms in the villa are designed to ensure a comfortable and restful stay for all guests. Two bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, with the first being a spacious and masterful retreat featuring a double bed, wardrobes, and a balcony that offers breathtaking glimpses of the lake. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, providing flexibility for various sleeping arrangements. The upper floor is complemented by a well-appointed bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. For added convenience and comfort, air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms on this floor and in the living room.

Descending the staircase, you'll find the lower floor of the villa, which houses another bedroom complete with a cozy sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests. This floor also features a second bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless stay.

The outdoor areas of the villa are designed to delight guests with a private pool, perfect for refreshing dips or morning laps. An al fresco dining area adjacent to the living area allows you to relish meals in the open air while enjoying the beautiful views. The villa's large garden and grassy area provide ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities, and an outdoor shower offers convenience after a refreshing swim. Please note that the private pool is available for use from May 1st to September 30th. For your convenience, the villa provides a private garage where two cars can be parked, along with an additional outdoor parking space. Pets are also welcome upon request, ensuring every member of the family can partake in the vacation experience.

The villa boasts a large and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. A service bathroom with a sink and toilet is conveniently located on the ground floor.
