The villa features two separate buildings. The main house has a bedroom with a queen bed and two bedrooms, both having twins. One twin bedroom has a bunk bed, which can be perfect for the kids. They are all on the upper floor, with the ground floor having the common areas. There is also an annex that has one bedroom with a queen bed. Together, Tenuta Valle degli Ulivi has 4 bedrooms for 8 guests making it a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends.
All the bedrooms in the home have wooden flooring, seating areas, televisions, study tables, and plush mattresses that will help you sleep well. There are two bathrooms with upper-floor bedrooms in the main house. The annex has one bathroom. The fourth bathroom serves the common areas. All the bathrooms come with showers.

The villa is located in a verdant valley at the side of a hill. You have 360 degrees of greenery in every direction and can even see the lake at a distance. At the center of the garden, you will find a private swimming pool with a shallow end. Several loungers are placed on the poolside wooden deck. Gently wading through the pool with the stunning landscape all around is surely going to be a pleasing experience.
The main house also has a shaded verandah with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue. It is best that you rent a car to reach this luxury villa as there is no public transport to this serene location.
The main house is thoroughly modern. It opens to a living room where you will find a television, a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, and a dining table. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, juicer, oven, and kettle. A huge ceiling-to-floor glass panel offers stunning nature views. The annex building is made of stone and wood. It is more rustic in appearance. Only a few steps from the main house, the annex too has a living room, a dining table, and a kitchen, which is also well-equipped.
Tenuta Valle degli Ulivi is a fantastic property in every way. Both the units have their own living and dining areas, and kitchens. There is a washing machine and an iron. You will find Wi-Fi internet throughout. The bathrooms have towels and hair dryers. The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 1st of September. Fire up the BBQ and prepare grilled delicacies. Use the fireplace on cool evenings. You will find the villa all cleaned up on arrival.
The villa is located 7 kilometers from the center of Bellagio. You can catch a ferry from the town of Como to visit the village and then rent a car to reach the house. Visit the garden of Villa Serbelloni and Villa Melzi, which are both nearby. The old town of Bellagio has many shops and beautiful narrow streets. Go to Trattoria Baita Belvedere if you want to eat outside.
