Villa Renza

Located in a quiet area of the villa, Villa Renza has 8 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 14 people. Five of the guest rooms feature king-sized beds, many of them with four-poster beds that provide a luxurious place to relax. All three bedrooms have twin bedding, and one of the rooms also has a convertible sofa bed, which can be used to sleep up to two more people. This makes Villa Renza an ideal accommodation for larger groups, families, and friends looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to stay. The four-poster beds, king-sized beds, and convertible sofa beds provide a wide range of sleeping options to cater to different needs and preferences.

There is a sprawling outdoor area at the villa, which is large enough to accommodate guests during the day as well as at night. It is also surrounded by green spaces and 5,000 square metres of park grass. A 7m x 15m pool is available during the months of June through September. It is equipped with amenities such as a camp bed, deckchairs, and a gym. There are also various sports equipment, including a pinball table and tennis table. Guests can enjoy the outdoor area in different ways, whether it's a leisurely stroll, a game of tennis, or a refreshing dip in the pool.

The house's ground floor is primarily occupied by the living room, which features a fireplace and a large sofa sitting area. A snooker table is located behind the sofas. The space is flooded with sunlight through large bay windows. A fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with mahogany wooden drawers and cabinets. There's also a smaller dining space that can be parked there. The full-fledged dining room is located just outside the kitchen. It has a long table and elegant chairs that can seat 14 people for fine dining.

The Villa Renza offers a five-star level of service and hospitality to its guests. In addition to the weekly linen changes, the staff also cleans the villa at the end of every week to ensure that everything is in order. Other optional services that guests may request are available depending on availability: extra cleaning, laundry service, grocery shopping and chef hire to prepare meals each day. It is also possible to arrange transportation to and from the airport as well. Wine tasting sessions can be arranged in the villa's cellar, which is charged on a per-use basis. There is central heating and air conditioning in every room in the villa.
