You will find plenty of space for alfresco dining, including a lounge and barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen and gas stove. A garden is located around the villa with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and a covered parking area for up to 4 cars. Unique feature of the villa is the gate that leads to the beach club. You will be granted a pass. The beach club is located on its own private beach.
The interior feels light and airy with Scandinavian design touches. The living area is cosy with a large cream couch and nautical decor. A table is located near the large windows in the dining area. A second living area, adjacent to the dining area, has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. It is fully equipped and fitted with wooden features. The kitchen also features awooden informal dining area. There is a spa in the villa with a relaxation area and hydro massage bathtub, mood shower and waterfall, hot mist and bio sauna, steambath, and a music system. A technogym-equipped fitness room and large TV with virtual trainers are also available.
