Villa Pacifica has 10 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The best part is each bedroom is designed with a unique theme so you can choose your place of relaxation to suit your vibe. One of the bedrooms has a palm tree growing inside, adding a beautiful natural element within. One bedroom in the annexe joined to the main building has a unique stone layout. One of the bedrooms is accompanied by an ornamental fireplace and library. You can enjoy the breathtaking sea views from some of the rooms. All the rooms have air conditioning and Bluetooth sound system. The attached bathrooms also exude a unique theme from their interior design, some of them have a bathtub and jacuzzi too. Two of the bedrooms have private terraces with easy access to the outdoors.

The property has an external area spread over 2,000 sqm with a Mediterranean-style garden. There are several areas to enjoy the panoramic sea views. The swimming pool has an infinity edge and uses a saltwater system. There is a covered terrace with a sitting area and stone tables. You can also lounge about on the patio. In total, there are 6 different terraces with sun chairs and seating arrangements to bask in the outdoors. Facing the seaside is an alfresco dining space that can accommodate all 20 guests. You can host your special occasions with outdoor parties as there is an outdoor bar counter with a fridge and ice machine. There is a wood oven to bake fresh pizzas.
The place is designed thoughtfully to create an eclectic sea home. It uses wooden artefacts, terracotta floors, handmade tiles and locally sourced marble and granite stones in the architecture. It presents a bohemian chic retreat with contemporary furnishings. The living area in the main house has a 40’ smart TV. There is an indoor dining table. The home also has a kitchen with an induction four burner stove, an electric oven, an espresso machine, a fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and a dishwasher to ensure delicious meal preps. There is also a large indoor fitness area with a Yoga lounge, a gym and an elliptical bike so fitness enthusiasts won’t be bummed about missing workouts.
You will be taken care of by an experienced concierge during your stay at Villa Pacifica. They can accompany you to the surrounding villages, discover hidden gems, and learn about the local culture and history. The home is perfect for families with kids as cribs are available in some bedrooms. A housekeeping team maintains the cleanliness of the area.
You have the best seafront during your stay. You can explore the quaint Villasimius village about 20 km from the villa. You can also visit the coast between Costa Rei and Cagliari as it has several beach clubs and restaurants. Costa Rei is a must-visit spot in Sardinia. If you love fish, visit the Da Barbara restaurant. The Aquarium Complex in town has live music and events in the summer months.
