The house has 5 bedrooms for 10 guests. They are all on the upper floor, away from the common areas, which is very nice as you can go up anytime you want to enjoy your restful sleep. Four bedrooms have large queen beds, while the fifth has twins. They are much the same otherwise, having similar space and a similar décor. Windows provide views of the neighborhood and the villa’s garden. You will find open wardrobes with hangers, a TV in each room, and designer lampshades or reading lights. All five bedrooms are ensuite. They have sinks with modern faucets, bidets, and cubicles with rainwater showers. Towels and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.

You will see many trees beyond this and a tall hill rising sharply. Chairs are placed on the terrace where you can sunbathe.
The terrace has a canopied corner with an outdoor dining table for six for your alfresco meals. The villa is located within a residential complex where there are two swimming pools, including one for children, which will surely please guests traveling with family.
This luxury property is a little piece of paradise that you will not want to leave. The uncluttered, open-plan living area offers a cozy and sociable space. Its natural color palette complements the natural light coming in through the large windows throughout the day. The living room offers ample seating space for all the guests. You will find deep-cushioned sofas facing a large-screen television. There is a second dining area inside, which seats the entire group. It faces a modern kitchen with an oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. You will find everything you need for your holiday.
The house has been carefully planned and designed for your convenience and comfort. Each room is air-conditioned for the mid-day heat. There is heating as well for those cool evenings. You will also find a washing machine and an iron. Pots and pans are provided in the kitchen. The ensuite bathrooms all have hair dryers, so you don’t have to travel with one.
The villa is very close to Cefalù city, which is a delightful beach town with many historical attractions. See the 12th-century fortress with its twin towers and Byzantine mosaics, the Norman Cathedral, and the medieval castle, which is called Rocca di Cefalù. Along the coast, you will find some of Sicily’s best beaches. The closest beach is Spiaggia di Settefrati.
10/10We spent two weeks with our extended family here and loved our stay. Super comfortable, brand new villa with two beautiful private beaches, access to a huge swimming pool within the complex, and a public beach 15 min away on foot. Loved having an ensuite in every room!
