Villa Anna boasts nine elegant and stylish bedrooms. All bedrooms have central heating and cooling, making them perfect for any weather. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both have ensuite bathrooms. Six additional bedrooms can be found on the first floor. One more guest house has an ensuite bathroom. These bright, airy bedrooms have been elegantly decorated in soothing tones and come fully furnished with luxury linens. Villa Anna boasts 9 luxurious ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The spa has a tenth bathroom, which is great for guests' convenience. Two bathrooms have soaking tubs.

Guests will be captivated by the breathtaking views. They can relax on the sun loungers or dine in the dining area while taking in the Tuscan sun. For guests' convenience, there is plenty of parking.
Villa Anna's elegant, bright lounge is very comfortable. It has beautiful furnishings and is well-lit. You will feel right at home with the inviting decor, plush sofas and ample dining space. For those colder nights, the lounge area offers WiFi, flatscreen TV and DVD, as well as Bose speakers and a fireplace. The main floor also features a wellness area that includes a hot tub, chromotherapy shower and Turkish bath. The kitchen is conveniently located next to the lounge area and dining areas. It has an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sauna
Villa will welcome its guests at 4 pm and depart at 10 am. Extra services include a buffet breakfast, chef and server, cooking course, horse riding, and a private wine tasting tour. If the villa is not returned to its original condition upon departure, final cleaning charges will apply. The staff is available for five hours per day, five days a week. Towels and bedding are changed weekly. The cost includes products from the farm, such as eggs and vegetables. Upon check-in, the villa has been fully disinfected to ensure the safety and health of all guests.
Villa Anna is located just 5 kilometers from Bunconvento, an 11th-century town that has been voted one of the most beautiful places in Italy. This is Tuscan's most iconic town. It is surrounded by ancient farmhouses, castles, and villas. There are also many fields of sunflowers. It is a wonderful place to spend hours exploring, with its beautiful winding lanes and flowers spilling out of flower boxes. There are also remnants from an ancient civilisation. There are shops, cafes, boutiques, and stores in the town. Also, there is a grocery store for supplies. The supermarket is closed Sundays.
The charming little town of Siena is home to a beautiful art gallery, museum, and Palazzi. All are predominately Gothic. You can also visit the stunning town of Siena, located just 30 kilometers from your villa. It is fascinating to explore since it is rich in history. It is Italy's most beautiful medieval town, situated on three hills and rich with history. Piazza del Campo, Siena's heart and one of Europe’s most impressive medieval squares, is a must-see. You can sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee or a beverage at any one of the bars, and watch the world pass by. You can also enjoy horse riding or golf close to Villa Anna.
