Casa Anita

This massive estate has 2 bedrooms for 4 guests. It is designed perfectly for a family vacation. You can also stay here as two couples or four friends. The first bedroom has a large double bed, mosquito net, wardrobe, an antique chest of drawers, armchairs, and a study table. The second bedroom is unique. It has two single beds. One bed is placed on the ground level and the second is on an attic, which you have to climb through an internal staircase from inside the bedroom. There is a small balcony too in the attic.

Young children will love to stay here, so if you are traveling with your family, you can let the child occupy the upstairs bed. There is one bathroom in the house with a shower and a bidet.

The drive to Casa Anita is surely going to be a thrilling affair. The winding mountainside roads will take you through a rich forest and vineyards. You will get to see the wine country that makes Chianti famous. From the house too, you will get a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the neighboring farms. You can easily spend many hours relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying the views. Casa Anita is located in an ancient hamlet that dates back to 1200.

There are several lounging and dining areas. A large private patio is furnished for dining al fresco or reading a book while sunbathing. The outdoor dining area is in a shaded area. There is a second shaded area with many sofas. It is surrounded by trees. Enjoy an evening here with a glass of wine. A few steps away, you will find a swimming pool and a tennis court.

On reaching the house, you will be impressed with its stone façade. This traditional design continues inside. The rooms have terracotta flooring and wooden-beamed ceilings. An arched door takes you to the open-concept interior, which has the lounging area on the right and a wooden dining table on the left, which seats the entire family. The lounging area has a sofa and fireplace. Many photos and lampshades decorate the room.

A second arched doorway will take you to the kitchen and the two bedrooms. In the kitchen, you will find a stovetop, oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

The luxurious Casa Anita holiday home is a fantastic place to stay in every way. There is heating for those cool evenings. The price of heating is as per consumption.
