The owner will arrange visits to the wine cellar for guests who are part of a wine-producing estate.

Villa La Maccinaia 14 has 7 bedrooms that can sleep up to 16 people. They are located on both the main and guest houses. On the ground floor, a lofted twin bedroom can accommodate 2 or 4 guests. The 1st floor has a double bedroom. On the 2nd floor of the villa, guests will find a large master bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and separate tub, and 2 double bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. You will find the guest house, which can sleep 6 people, on the second floor. Here you'll find the twin bedroom and bunk-style bedrooms, as well as the 2 double bedrooms that are upstairs with their own bathrooms and bathtubs.

The garden is beautifully maintained and includes a vegetable garden. This allows guests to enjoy the best of farm-to-table produce. The heated 12x6m pool has an electric cover and saltwater system. It is ideal for swimming or dipping all summer long. To the side is an enclosed alfresco dining area that allows guests to enjoy wine and dine outdoors.
The interiors of the main residence were renovated to modern standards. They combine original Tuscan architecture with modern design. The dining area features a long wooden table and steel-framed chairs that can be used for meals. It opens out onto the lawn and guest house. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a large island kitchen that guests can use. There is also a sitting area upstairs at the guesthouse with a corner kitchen opening out onto the terrace, which offers stunning views.
Cleaning service is provided as part of the stay package. It is available for 3 hours per day and 5 days per week. The heating system is also included in the cost for bookings made from May through September. Additional amenities include baby beds, air conditioning and Internet WiFi.
