There are five elegantly designed ensuite rooms and one shared bathroom, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults. The bedrooms have air conditioning and heating (ideal for the colder months), with additional heating racks installed in each bathroom. All rooms, whether they are double or twins, also have plush mattresses. The bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the ground level. Both bedrooms have a comfortable king size bed and a large wardrobe for personal items. They also feature reclining couches (ideal to read on), while the bedroom with an outdoor seating area is located in bedroom 2.

Both rooms have enough room for an additional bed or crib. The first-floor bedroom 3 is a twin (with two comfortable single beds), and it also has an outdoor seating area. A crib or extra bed is available. The bedroom 4, which is also located on the first-floor, features a plush bed. The ground-floor bedroom 5 in the annex has a king-sized bed and a mini-fridge. The five ensuite bathrooms feature high-quality fixtures and include a relaxing shower, bathtub, toiletries, and vanities.

The infinity saltwater pool is open all year. The pool is not heated. The terrace next to the pool is a great place to relax, listen to music, read a book or enjoy an alcoholic beverage in the warm sunset light. It is possible to create a fitness or massage area near the pool with yoga, pilates, and meditation instructors. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. It's always open and heated up to a maximum of 40 degrees. Enjoy a barbecue with friends and family. Enjoy a 10-person table at the outdoor dining area under the stars.

You will feel the warmth and welcome as you enter the interior. The interior is given a rustic touch by the wood beamed ceilings. Its spacious open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, with plenty of super plush couches for reading or resting. The cosy dining area with its lovely dining table can be used to host an intimate dinner for up to 12 guests. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. Two electric ovens are provided, as well as two refrigerators, an icemaker, a grill, and a wood-fired oven (perfect for making pizza). The media room has a smart TV where you can watch your favorite movies after a delicious dinner.

We will ensure that you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay with our friendly, professional staff. You can arrange for childcare, a private Italian chef to cater for your private parties or dinners and other services. You can also be accompanied to Montalcino or Montepulciano. Cortona is another option. Siena and Arezzo are other nearby villages. The cost of these on-demand services is included.
