This beautiful authentic stone villa is named after the Tuscan farmer who once occupied it, and is nestled in the lush Montepulciano countryside. The swimming pool sparkles in sunlight, surrounded by sumptuous sun loungers - ideal for reading a book or sipping a refreshing cocktail. Nine guests can be accommodated in the five bedrooms and another person can also occupy the sofa bed. In addition to the main villa, the Dependance offers an additional mezzanine bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Villa Maramai boasts two acres of beautiful gardens that flow seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The property has a barbeque facility to enjoy alfresco meals under the vine-covered pergola. There is a large lounge area on the terrace for those who don't want to spend too much time in the sun. However, there are also plenty of sunbeds and chairs for sunbathers. Villa Maramai includes a stunning farmhouse kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to create gourmet meals that can be served at the adjacent dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, all the necessary appliances and tableware. Both the dining room and kitchen have French doors that open onto the terrace. On the ground floor, there is a guest laundry with a washing machine. The first floor also has a living room. This is another beautiful room with a peaked ceiling and dark timber beams. The room has a large HD TV and hifi stereo for the guests' entertainment. This villa is perfect for everyone, with plenty of space to gather and relax and quiet spots to read a book or enjoy the view.
