This retreat has 5 beautiful double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. A half bathroom is available. All bedrooms have air conditioning and plush beds, either king-size or queen-size. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with high-end materials and toiletries, as well as refreshing showers. The bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed and silky linens. It also features a large window with views of an olive grove. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed and a large window. The occupants in bedroom 3 can enjoy a super comfortable queen bed with a garden view. The second-floor bedroom 4 has a comfortable queen bed with a large window, 170x80 shower and a view of the pool. The bedroom 5 offers a view of the beautiful landscaped garden. Both rooms 4 and 5 are suitable for shorter people due to the sloped ceiling.

The spacious grounds of this villa overlook the Tuscan countryside and include a beautiful swimming pool, an alfresco dining area, a BBQ area, and a wonderful garden. It is set in a lush olive tree grove and offers a 360 degree panoramic view. The gazebo with its table for eight is perfect for alfresco dining, while the charcoal barbecue allows for some fun grilling. The sunbeds are equipped with parasols and there is plenty of space to relax.

The 200-year-old console at the entrance of this wonderful retreat is a striking feature. This is a three-storey house, but there is no lift connecting each floor, so it is not suitable for elderly people or physically challenged individuals. You will be welcomed by a generous living area. The living room is very cosy, with soft and comfortable sofas. You can relax there all day. The large glass doors on the side offer views of the outside while the air conditioning keeps the room cool all day.

In the dining room, which is adjacent to the living area, there is a dining table that has been set up for an intimate meal. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, ice maker, kettle, and other utensils. The basement has a private wellness area, including a Finnish sauna, 6 seat hydromassage spa, and a chromotherapy water-shower. This is a welcome spot after a day of adventures.
