Villa Angelica, a 5-bedroom rustic villa with a restored 19th-century facade, is located in the quaint hamlet of Fabbrica. The sprawling outdoor space includes a stone loggia and alfresco dining. There are also views of vineyards and olive trees from the expansive outdoor area. The staircase leads to a lower garden with lemon trees and a Jacuzzi pool. The interiors are charming and rustic with an old-world feel that will make you feel right at home. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, and wooden doors lead to the garden for a happy time.
Each bedroom is charming, unique and well-furnished. The beds are made of wrought iron and feature quality linen. There are cabinets and armories for your belongings. The old-world charm is hard to miss. Your private sanctuary where you can unwind and relax is the bedroom. You have the option of heating or cooling. The bathrooms have elegant fixtures and modern amenities.

A lovely place to relax is the rattan chair.
The living areas at Villa Angelica have a nostalgic feel to salons and parlors of old. The living spaces at Villa Angelica feature striking artwork, hand-painted furniture, and checkered floors. You can relax on the plush sofas. The villa has many different areas that you can use to relax. Villa Angelica offers plenty of space for relaxation and is a great holiday spot. The large kitchen has granite countertops and white wooden cabinets. You can cook meals together in the large kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary tools to make delicious meals. You can dine either outdoors or indoors depending on what you prefer.
Villa Angelica offers many amenities, including a barbecue, table tennis, table tennis, and a children's play area. The villa also offers a cleaning service twice a week for the outside spaces (garden, swimming pool, etc.). Upon arrival, a Home Delivery Service will deliver a light Tuscan welcome snack consisting of several drinks, a platter of Tuscan cheeses and other traditional Tuscan products. Everything you need is available under one roof so you don't have to worry about anything if you decide to stay there. On request, guided tours of the most stunning cities of art are available. For a more unique experience, you can also take aerial flights. Each Wednesday night, the owner hosts a Pizza Party.
The farmhouse is approximately 1.5 km away. It can be reached by a country road, which winds in perfect harmony to the landscape, passing vineyards and olive trees. You can enjoy aperitifs or traditional dishes at the Perbacco bar/delicatessen when you arrive in the village. There are many restaurants that offer traditional Tuscan cuisine, such as Ristorante La Cantina, where Paolo, the owner and passionate chef, will help you choose the right wine to complement your meal. All wines are made by his company.
There are many beautiful trails for mountain biking and trekking, while for those who are more adventurous, facilities are available for horseback riding on the hills just 5km from the agritourism area. The exclusive thermal centre Casciana Terme is 12 km from our company. Here you can enjoy the full range of treatments, including a well-being centre and a cosmetic line. You can enjoy activities such as tennis, golf and horseback riding within a radius of 10km. There are museums, parks, and historic architecture in unexpected places all over Italy. Tuscany is no exception. Other cities such as Rome, Milan and others can be visited.
10/10Just fantastic! Warm welcome to a fabulous villa. Exceeded our expectations! Best view in Tuscany. We cooked dinner each night in the large, well-equipped kitchen or on the courtyard grill. The pool was beautiful and cleaned on alternate days (as were all outdoor areas). There were 5 bedrooms with nice linens and towels (1 was on the ground floor with bath (shower), two baths are upstairs - 1 with shower and tub and 1 just with shower. Screens and AC in the upper 4 bedrooms as well as the kitchen, library, breakfast and dining rooms. Nights were cool, so we didn't use AC the entire time. Located in a small village with a cafe and shops for the basics (like cheap, good Chianti). Major shopping can be done at Conad (in Capannoli) grocery store on the way from Florence or Pisa. You can get a quick lunch at the store's cafe. Pastas were really good! Pizza night on Wednesdays at an Agriturismo farm. Best bread I've ever had. We are already planning our return.
