Three bedrooms are available in this Tuscany rental home. It can accommodate up to six people. The ground-floor bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed. The bedroom, as well as its bathroom ensuite, are both wheelchair-accessible. This bedroom has direct access to our garden. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and is ensuite. The large window offers a beautiful view of the garden and lawn. The study/workstation is located in the room. The bedroom 3 is divided into two levels. On the ground floor is a lounge area with a smart TV of 50 inches. The first floor contains a large, king-sized bed. The room is twice the size of the other two. These cosy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.

The villa's outdoor space is a great place to relax. There is a private pool with loungers at the poolside, as well as a BBQ area, two covered patios for shade and a firepit where everyone can gather to stay warm on a cold evening. The pool is accessible to guests with mobility problems as it has no stairs. The pool is heated from April to October. There is a shallow area where children can safely splash about. Table tennis and table football will also keep the children entertained. A small garden with flowerbeds is also available.
