It was carefully renovated and restored to reflect the idyllic family home atmosphere. Villa Fagnana, part of Villa Saletta's historical estate, spans four centuries and has changed hands between four owners' families. It is a stunning tribute to the rich, colorful past that was matched only by its timeless architecture and spaces. It is divided into a main house, which houses the 5 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms, and a limonaia annexe (for the last bedroom with a double bed), and opens to stunning views of the estate's west side. The equally charming exteriors are just as appealing, with an outdoor terrace, charcoal barbecue, beautiful alfresco dining space, and a swimming pool with sun loungers and gazebos. These features will help you create that summer vibe, or simply to relax on long summer days.
Villa Fagnana has 8 bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 people. They can be found in both the main house as well as the annex. The 1st Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the ensuite bathroom includes a bath and shower. Other bedrooms have interesting names, such as the Piaggia room, which has a king-sized mattress and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub only; the Poggetto, with a queen-size mattress and shared bathroom; the Molinuccio, Leccio, and Colline, which each have single beds; and the Colline, with a full-sized bed. The rooms are located on the upper floors of the main house. Valle, with its queen-size bedding, is on the ground floor. Limonaia, which also has a queen-size bed, is the only room in the Annex.

A stunning outdoor space is featured on the magnificent grounds. It features an open terrace with a lovely outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue amenities. The gardens have been carefully landscaped to give guests a feeling of exclusivity and privacy. There is a swimming pool and sheltered seating area that allows them to enjoy the stunning views over the valleys and fields beyond.
Villa Fagnana's interiors are renowned for their exquisite finishing and fine touches. Guests have the well-equipped kitchen that is to make use of in whipping up lovely meals and everyday beverages, while a comfortable and idyllic lounge within marvelously-designed and conceptualised indoors that awaits as it opens up to the beautiful outdoors.
WiFi access is available throughout the property so that guests can stay connected to the internet at any time. Guests also have access to the Bose iPod docking stations and DVD player. The main villa and the annex are both fully heated and air-conditioned. The housekeeping staff provides a daily housekeeping service of two hours Monday through Friday. To kick off their stay at Villa Saletta, guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine as part of the welcome package.
Villa Fagnana offers many attractions, including the stunning medieval villages that are also known as borgos in Italy. Since it is part of Villa Saletta, guests are allowed to explore 1,760 acres of grounds. You will be amazed at the variety of crops that can be grown in the lowlands. A large portion of the estate is also home to a wide range of trees. The estate also offers winemaking, which is a great activity with many vineyards worth a day. It is centrally located to many of Tuscany's most popular points of interest, including Florence, Siena Pisa, San Gimignano, and Lucca.
