The lower level contains a living space with a fireplace and large wooden dining table. There are also sofas and armchairs surrounding the entertainment area that are equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. A small library and foosball table are located in the back of this room. A small seating area is located on the ground floor. On the other side, a large bar reception is situated. It is equipped with appliances such as a professional coffee maker, American coffee makers, safebox, alarm, and alarm that can be connected to each bathroom. The professional, well-equipped kitchen is located in this area. It includes 9 gas hobs and 2 refrigerators with freezers, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, and an oven.
