This rental estate can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. The ground floor has three bedrooms and common areas. The master suite has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom, where you will find a four-person whirlpool bath with chromo-therapy and aromatherapy. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twins.

On the first floor, you will find the two others. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and the fifth bedroom has two singles. All the bedrooms come with windows offering nature views. The master suite is huge. They all have minimalist décor, plenty of space, and clean whitewashed walls. There are four bathrooms in the house with showers or bathtubs.

A lush garden and lawn surround this luxury residence. Throughout the property, you will find garden furniture where you can sit and enjoy a moment of peace amid beautiful natural surroundings. The hilly landscape is stunning. The park has many olive trees.

The heated swimming pool is at a higher level away from the house. Roman steps glide down into the turquoise water and invite you to take a dip. There is also a hot tub. You will find several loungers on the pool deck and also an outdoor shower. There is a second wooden deck a few steps above the pool with an outdoor kitchen where you will find an induction hob, oven, grill, fridge, pizza oven, and sink. There is an outdoor dining table under a shaded pavilion. Separately, in the garden, there is a children’s playground and a ping-pong table.

The villa is on two levels and has been tastefully and elegantly renovated by the owners. The living room has two sofas in bright colors, satellite television, and DVD player. The wooden dining table in another room, seats eight guests. In the kitchen, you will find a stove top, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, and dishwasher.

There is a second living room upstairs, also with a television and sofa. On this floor, you will find a gym with exercise equipment and a spa with a sauna. A furnished balcony has a second dining table.

Guests staying at Villa Marignana will have complete access, including the heated pool, barbecue, kitchen, spa, and gym.
