All rooms in this home are air-conditioned for guests' comfort. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people and has 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms as well as 5 bathrooms. The charming garden can be accessed through the French doors in the bathroom from the double bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor are the remaining five bedrooms. These have views over the garden and pool from the sitting area. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed or twin beds, and different furniture such as a chest drawer to store belongings and a small fireplace for cold nights. The bathrooms have a bathtub, relaxing shower, vanity, and high quality toiletries.

The perfect getaway is the Villa's location in Tuscany's rolling hills. There are beautiful gardens and forests nearby to take your mind off the bustle of the city. You can walk outside to the villa and enter an outdoor courtyard with a fountain, BBQ spit and a grill where you can relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of water splashing and cook a delicious steak in the middle of nature.

The lounge chairs can be used to get a tan or you can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner by the pool. The property includes 14.5 acres of land, which houses olive groves and vineyards. Natural springs, fountains, hiking trails, and scenic vistas can be enjoyed here. A vegetable garden is available with fresh organic produce and herbs. Chapel services, such as weddings, baptisms, and other ceremonies, can be held in the historic, original chapel on the property.
