The villa has six apartments each with 10 bedrooms. Each apartment can accommodate up to 20 people. Shelley's apartment on the ground level has a double room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Dante's, Liala's and De Andre's all have a double bedroom. Byron's features two double bedrooms, and a third bedroom with twins. Montale also has two double bedrooms - the first on the ground level with a balcony, and the second up in the attic.

All units are independent so even small groups can enjoy their privacy. Each unit has its own kitchen and seating area. The bedrooms are all minimalistic, which is a good thing because guests will likely spend the majority of their time outdoors either visiting tourist attractions nearby or taking in the view from the garden. Seven bathrooms are available in the house. These cosy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring nearby attractions.
