Villa Shaleo

Villa Shaleo is a small house with just 2 bedrooms. They are both on the second floor of the house and have double beds. Two more guests can sleep in a large sofa bed, which means, this villa can accommodate a group of six. The first bedroom has a wrought-iron bed, elegant wooden flooring, a wardrobe, and a makeup mirror. Photos from various areas of Tuscany adorn the walls. The second bedroom has an antique bed and a similar décor. There is also a television with streaming service. They are both air-conditioned for your comfort.

Guests staying in these bedrooms have a shared bathroom on the same level. It has a whirlpool bathtub, a shower, a bidet, and a wash basin.

This luxury home overlooks the beautiful Nievole Valley. The views are so impressive that you can easily spend many hours just gazing at them. It’s a large 2000-square-meter estate with lush lawns, tall trees, and many flowering plants. The garden is so big that it will take you some time to fully explore it. There are plenty of common areas where the family can come together and also cozy nooks where you can spend alone time with nature.

There is a shaded area with vines, where you will find an outdoor lounging area and an outdoor dining table for a Tuscan-style alfresco meal. Steps away, you will find a private swimming pool and many loungers for your sunbathing and relaxation. In the garden, in another corner, you will also find a ping-pong table. There is also a sunny balcony where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The interior is divided into three levels. The ground floor has a living room, where you will find a sofa, a fireplace, and a television. This cozy space is perfect for those casual evenings with family or friends. There is a second room on this level with a foosball table. Villa Shaleo’s kitchen and dining area are on the first floor. In the kitchen, you will find many appliances, utensils, cups, plates, and glasses. The dining table seats all eight guests. Additionally, there is also a breakfast bar.

The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The traditional tiled roofing and wooden-beamed ceiling of Tuscany runs through the house and provides a charming, old-world feel.

You will have complete access to everything the villa offers. This includes its heating, cooling, and the use of the barbecue, games, and pool. Kitchen appliances include an oven, toaster, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Baby high chairs and a baby cot can be provided. You will also find an iron and washing machine in the house. You can even stay with your pet here without any extra charge.
