There is no doubt that Casa del Medico is one of the most beautiful villas in Tuscany, displaying typical architectural designs and offering breathtaking views of the mountains and hills that surround it. This beautiful 5-bedroom property in the Val di Chiana valley, which can accommodate up to 10 people. It was not rented before, but the owners realized that they could share their beautiful surroundings with other people. The 5 bedrooms are divided between the main house and the smaller house, also called Annex. A large, private swimming pool is located outdoors in a well-maintained garden with olive and cypress tree trees.
Casa del Medico offers five bedrooms, with three of them located in the main house and all of them having double beds. There are three bathrooms available for guests to use during their stay. The newly renovated Annex is also equipped with two bedrooms, each with two single beds and sharing one bathroom. These cosy bedrooms are perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long and exhausting day of exploring the nearby attractions.

The house has a large, private swimming pool that is located outside in a quiet area of the house. It is a must-see to see the beautifully manicured and well-kept garden on this property. Two covered terraces can be found close to the main house, which is located on the ground floor. There are two large salons in the main house, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a fully-furnished living area with a fireplace. From the moment you arrive, the friendly staff of Casa del Medico will warmly welcome you and ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The mountain Monte San Savino, located in the valley of Val di Chiana, is about 5 km away from the property. There are many shops in the area and you will be able to find what you need. The Terme di Rapolano is located about 30 km away and is a beautiful site to visit. From the base of this property, guests can head to towns such as Arezzo, Siena and the Trasimeno Lake, Cortona or Montalcino, all within a short distance.
Must-visit places in Arezzo include the Medici Fortress and the Cathedral of Arezzo. Siena is known for its gorgeous architecture, including the Piazza del Campo and the Palazzo Pubblico. Cortona is home to the Etruscan Museum, while Montalcino offers stunning views of the Tuscan countryside.
