The 6x12-meter saltwater swimming pool sits on a pretty corner of the garden. It is in a sunny spot, with umbrellas and deck chairs on all sides. You can choose a sunny corner to get a fabulous tan or the shade. Steps away, there is an outdoor dining table under the shade. You will also find an oven and a brick barbecue. There is a second dining table on a verandah.
The house measures 400 square meters. The access level has a beautiful living room with two sofas, armchairs, and a fireplace. An arched doorway will take you to a second living room. Villa Selvarella can accommodate up to 14 guests, so the villa owner has thoughtfully planned for several lounging areas, both inside and outside.
The traditional terracotta flooring and wooden-beamed ceiling of Tuscany runs throughout the house. There is also a separate dining room inside and a well-equipped kitchen, where you will find many appliances, utensils, cups, plates, and glasses.
The staff at Villa Selvarella speaks English and Italian. On arrival, you will find everything in top condition and properly maintained. Please note that the pool is open from May 15th to October 15th. All the rooms have both heating and air conditioning. There is Wi-Fi internet, an iron, and parking facilities at the property.
