Villa Mulino Al Suono has 12 bedrooms in three apartments. The pool-facing apartment is built over two levels, with both floors having a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. This apartment has two bathrooms – one on each level. The second apartment is smaller in size. It has one double bedroom and one with two singles. However, they both have ensuite bathrooms with showers.
The third apartment is the largest. It has six bedrooms with double or twin beds. One bedroom has three beds, including two French beds. You will find both ensuite and shared bathrooms in this apartment. All the bedrooms have an elegant décor. Many furnishings are antiques from the personal collection of the villa owner. Rustic stone walls add to the charm and character.

It is a huge 5000-square-meter property. The three apartments are on different levels in the garden. The large space allows guests to gather for meals and mingle in the green compound. The first two apartments have been converted from an old mill that goes back to 1100. The third apartment dates back to 1800. They all have a wonderful stone façade. One of the old mills used the stream, which to this day runs along the property. The villa’s private swimming pool was constructed with water taken from this stream. It is a large pool with clean and chlorinated water.
You can swim anytime you want and relax on a poolside lounger. Garden chairs are placed throughout the lawn for your relaxation. Steps away, you will find a brick barbecue and an alfresco dining area under a shaded canopy. A second shaded area has a ping pong table.
The three apartments all have their individual living and dining spaces. The first and third apartments also have fireplaces alongside sofas and armchairs. The traditional touch includes stone walls, arched windows, wooden beamed ceilings, and terracotta flooring. The classical feel of these rooms and the antiques will immediately transport you to Medieval Europe. Large windows provide views of the garden, pool, and surrounding greenery.
The kitchens, though, are modern spaces. They have a 5-burner stove top, electric oven, dishwasher, American coffee maker, and toaster – everything you need to cook and serve meals.
This superb villa once used to be an organic farm. Upgraded and modernized, it now has everything. You will find an iron, an ironing board, satellite televisions, Wi-Fi internet, heating, and cooling. The library has many books. You will find a table tennis board in the garden and inside, there is a billiards room. The laundry room has a washing machine. There is space to park 12 cars.
This family-friendly property is only a kilometer from Badia Agnano, an ancient and charming hamlet in Tuscany with a rich history. The town has a couple of restaurants. Arezzo is 25 kilometers away. Siena is 35 kilometers from this villa and Florence is 55 kilometers.
