The villa is built over 2 floors and offers guests great comfort and style. The living and dining areas are generous in size and flow along the entire length of the house. They have carefully chosen chic and comfortable furniture. You will love the traditional feel of the parquet floors and wooden ceiling beams. The modern design of the kitchen with its red cabinets and drawers and ample space to park yourself around, as well as a second table to dine at, and the spacious living and dining areas with large windows will make it a favorite spot for guests.
As part of your rent package, the housekeeping team will provide maid service, final clean, and change of sheets for guests. You can also enjoy free WiFi Internet access, HiFi stereo, and satellite TV for entertainment. Other services are available upon request, such as central heating or cook for hire.
The beach is gated and accessible via a private gate. Guests have easy access to it. The beach is private and exclusive, as it is not accessible to the public. A beach club is also available with a friendly bar located just 100 m down the beach, while a trendy beach club is found 15 km further up the coast. Pescia Romana is 4 km away. Here guests will find charming shops like a bakery and butcher shop, a supermarket, newsstand, and a cafe or bar for their daily coffee fix.
Capalbio, a beautiful hilltop village, is just 11 km away or 13 minutes. It is well known for its Tarot Garden, which was designed in the 18th century, but Capalbio is a favorite destination for nature lovers, as it represents the oasis of the WWF Reserve in Lake Burano, and of sport in general. The Castle of the Three Fountains of Rome, which today dominates the valley below this castle, has a long and interesting history closely linked to it.
