The villa also includes extensive landscaped grounds, which blend in with the olive groves and fields that make up the estate. The villa is self-contained, and guests can walk only 3 km to the beach. There is also a private terrace where they can sunbathe and enjoy the breeze from the pine trees. The natural light from the French windows floods the bright interiors. Guests can relax or have a social activity in the large living room, which is connected to the adjacent kitchen-dining area. The garden is surrounded by a paddling pool and there is also a pool. A gate allows for privy access to the beach from a country road that leads through sweet-smelling Mediterranean Maquis.
In the villa, there are 3 bright and spacious bedrooms. They include 2 twin-size bedrooms and 1 double-size bedroom so that they can accommodate up to 6 people in total. On the first floor, all three bedrooms are located, which enjoy some of the most beautiful views of the surrounding forest and a sun-soaked terrace. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. A shared bathroom is located in the room where the twin beds are located.

Also, there is a beautiful vegetable and herb garden and a shaded private parking spot.
The living room is the heart of the home and allows for lots of natural light through the French windows. The hall has cotta-tiled floors and is decorated with comfortable furniture. It also features a fireplace. Just behind the living room is the charming dining area, which is located next to the kitchen with wooden cabinets, drawers, and shelves.
Guests who stay at the apartment are provided complimentary access to the Internet and satellite television as part of their stay. The staff will prepare and change your bed and bath linens as part of the services that are included in your stay package. It is possible for guests to use a few bikes on the premises that are available for their use.
The villa is located just 3 km from the beach, which has fine sand and colorful shells for guests who love sun and water. You can relax on the sunbeds and deck chairs during the summer, or take a nap. The cool breeze will keep you cool. Just behind the beach is a labyrinth made up of wild aromatic bushes such as myrtle or cistus-roses that bloom at different times throughout the year.
The Fontanili estate borders Lake Burano, a lagoon managed by WWF. This allows guests to spend time bird-watching in the autumn and spring. Located in Maremma, in the southern part of Tuscany, Burano is a beautiful lake. Due to its status as a State Nature Reserve and WWF Oasis since 1980, they have a distinct feature: dunes covered with thick vegetation separate them from the sea, but they are connected by an artificial channel. Lake Burano was dubbed the "Italian wonder" because of its beauty.
