This is a stunning showcase of southern Tuscany, with breathtaking views of Citta delle Pieve, Monte Cetona and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Casa Livia is spread over 4 floors. It has 3 bedrooms, which can be found on the upper floors. Casa Livia accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The bright and vibrant use of colours, from the soft furnishings to paint, has helped to make this a lively and well-appointed interior space. The stunning outdoors is a match for the indoors, whether it be in the covered seating area, vine-draped dining area or pergola, or even the pool.
Casa Livia's 3 bedrooms are charming and comfortable with pastel-coloured furnishings and views to the beautiful countryside. There is a single bedroom and 2 double bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. A single-chair couch is placed at the foot of each bed, along with side tables and framed photos and paintings.

It is a popular spot to take photos of because it has a variety of cushions and sofas that are colorful and comfortable. You can also enjoy an alfresco dining area under the skylight, with a wooden table and chairs that overlook the greenery beyond. A private swimming pool runs along the length of the green grass for guests to enjoy their daily laps or dips. Sundeck chairs are available on the other side.
The indoors include a bohemian-chic living area with retro patterns, earthy colors and hippie-inspired aesthetics. It features cushion covers, mats, and sofas in natural fabrics. There are also white ceiling beams and a well-stocked bookshelf so guests can make the most of this space. The adjacent dining area features a wooden table and chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, cabinets, drawers, and stylish design.
Housekeeping services are provided once per week by the team. WiFi Internet connectivity is available and guests can also enjoy other entertainment options such as satellite TV, DVD player and music players. Guests may request air conditioning from the team. Pets are allowed, but there is an additional charge of EUR50 per pet.
The villa is surrounded by narrow cobbled streets that lead to the town of Cetona. Guests can stroll along the cobbled streets and enjoy cuppas, sightseeing, or just relax on one of the many cafe terraces located in the central piazza. The villa is located at the foot of the medieval village Cetona. It takes approximately 15 km to reach Citta Delle Pieve and 30 km to reach Montepulciano or Lake Trasimeno.
Cetona is a great base for exploring southern Tuscany and further afield. The medieval town of Cetona seems to have stood still in time. The town is situated at the base of Monte Cetona, in the Valdichiana Senese. Here you will find Piazza Garibaldi, a rectangular square built in the 16th century. It is really unusual to find such a large square in such a small area. There are a number of churches nearby, including Santissima Annunziata, San Michele Arcangelo, and the ancient Palazzo Vitelli. Enjoy a coffee in the piazza and stroll along the stone-paved streets, known as "coste." The Museo Civico for la Prehistoria du Monte Cetona, Parco Archeologico Naturalistico Del Monte Cetona and Val d'Orcia are just a few of the many must-see sites.
