Alba Apartment

This spacious luxury apartment is spread over two floors. Its 2 bedrooms are both on the upper level. They are on either side of the staircase that takes you upstairs. The first bedroom has an antique wrought-iron double bed, a large wardrobe with plenty of storage and hanging space, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables with reading lamps. The second bedroom is of similar size and has a similar décor. The double bed, however, is wooden.

Both bedrooms feature traditional terracotta flooring and a high wooden-beamed ceiling. Large windows provide beautiful natural views. The residence has two bathrooms, one on each floor. They both have showers.

Outside, it’s a stunning world, an oasis of peace and relaxation, a place where you can unwind, sunbathe, and enjoy the scenic views. This is the perfect rental home for guests who want a countryside holiday experience in Tuscany. The apartment has been converted from an old farmhouse and stands at about 900 meters in the middle of the green Lima Valley.

As you enter through the gate, you will reach a large open-plan room, which has the lounging and dining areas. The living area has a nice sofa, armchairs, and a television. A large French window floods the living area with sunlight. Behind this, there is a 6-sitter dining table, which can easily seat everyone. The kitchenette, placed conveniently next to this, has many appliances and utensils.

This holiday home is packed with many modern-day conveniences for an enjoyable holiday. You will find Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The television has many channels.
