Your apartment also has its own garden and a lawn, where you can relax and sunbathe in privacy. You can take a garden chair or a lounger and place it under the shade of a tree if you want for your afternoon siesta. There is also a covered verandah with a barbecue and an outdoor dining table.
The indoor area measures 80 square meters, which makes Sera the largest apartment in the estate. Inside, you will find sofas, armchairs, a television, and a wooden dining table with six chairs. It has an open-concept layout. It is a single-story apartment, so the bedrooms are just a few steps away. You can dine inside or outside – there are wooden tables in both areas.
