The stunning views from both houses are available to guests. For 13 pax, the larger Villa La Loggia 13, which can also be rented for future visits, is also available.

The Master Bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a 4-poster bed as well as an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The living room on the ground floor opens onto the loggia. It is connected to a dining area with the fully-equipped, vintage-looking, classic-looking kitchen, which houses a larger dining table. A smaller, enclosed living room is available with an indoor fireplace and sofas to allow guests to relax and unwind. The sitting room is the main area used by the two main occupants of the building.
Housekeeping services are provided by the staff for 9 hours per week. This is included in the stay package. Guests may also request a chef to prepare and cook local dishes. Guests have free WiFi Internet access throughout their stay.
