Villa Fubbiano

Villa Fubbiano has 6 bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people. On the first floor, guests will find 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Continue to the topmost floor. There are 2 additional twin bedrooms on the second floor. They share a bathroom. The rooms are minimalistic and simple with a lot of wooden furniture, such as side tables, dressing tables, and wardrobes that occupy the corners and nooks.

Villa Fubbiano's outdoor area is centered around a well-kept garden with many large, shaded trees. However, beyond the gardens and terraces guests will find an oak tree with a covered path that leads to an old fountain structure. A large swimming pool, measuring 15m X7m, is available for guests who are keen to swim. It is located in a breathtaking position with views of the plains and Lucca. An alfresco dining area is located in front of the villa. It features a table and chairs set in white and an outdoor dining table.

There are 3 levels to the living room and it is accessible from the main staircase via a staircase that leads up to the upper floors. A dining table is located on the ground level, along with a sitting area with a TV. There is also a fireplace with a distinctive curved arch design in the kitchen as well as the dining room, both located on the lower level. There is a wide access door from the dining room to the villa's side garden, which is bright and brimming with life.

Guests staying at the villa will be able to take guided tours of the surrounding area and the olive oil and wine estates. The English-speaking management will arrange this. Guests can enjoy complimentary olive and wine tastings at the estate, as well as free access to the Internet WiFi. The stay package includes a cleaning service by the housekeeping staff for 3 hours per day, three times per week.
